You can apply to be one too! :)- Your site must be about anime, preferably Elfen Lied.
- No pagebuilder sites. Know at least a bit of html.
- Layout must not be a pre-made one from a site.
- Updates at least once a month. If you can't, just stop by every so often and let me know you're alive. :) (Dead sites are baaad.)
- Your site cannot be BRAND new. (two weeks = brand new)
