Rules
Please read carefully as I will remove you if these are not followed.
1. I have the right not to accept you. Yes link exchange is meant to be easier than affiliation
but that does not mean I'll accept everyone who applies.
2. I prefer to link exchange with sites of interest to my visitors. Also a nice looking site layout
with good content will help. So if you think that's your site then feel free to try.
3. Please be able to make your own layouts. I prefer no pre-mades but if your content really wows
me then I may consider. Your own made layout must atleast be decent.
4. Drop by atleast once a month. I actually do visit all my link exchanges. So
I'll appreciate it if you dropped by once in awhile.
5. Link to X-Tenshi must be placed in a link exchange/links page. And must be accessible within 2 clicks.
6. You must keep your site updated atleast once a month.
7. If you're going on hiatus or you're going to close your site please notify me!
