Terms Of Use
Please do follow these terms. If these are not followed then you should not be
using graphics from X-Tenshi at all. Be aware that all graphics offered here at X-Tenshi are
linkware meaning a link back is required. Below are the general terms for all graphics
offered in X-Tenshi. Below you will find the specific terms for the different sections.
1. Please do not direct link. Meaning please download the stuff
you want from the 'for you' section and then uploading it to your OWN
server/image host.
2. Do not steal graphics without giving proper credit.
I do take quite a lot of time finding images and colours which I think go with
each of these. Taking credit for another's work is WRONG.
3. Please do not take the graphics and simply edit the colours
or place text on it and claim them as your own. That's not how it works.
4. Do not redistribute.
Please note: All the above general rules apply to all sections described below.
Avatars + Blinkies
1. Please try to place the link on the same page as the graphic you have taken.
I don't mind if you credit me on the Credits page, but do mention where you got the avatar
when you first start using the avatar.
2. These graphics are provided as an 'as is' meaning you are not allowed to edit them
in any way. Please use the graphic as I have made them.
Banners + Buttons
1. You are free to add your own text to the banners and/or buttons. However the banner and
button still are the creations of X-Tenshi therefore a link back is still required.
2. Please credit on the page where you have used the graphic.
3. Banners can be used on forums as a signature provided a credit to X-Tenshi is visibly next to
or under the banner.
Layouts + Custom Layouts
1. Please only use layout for personal sites! This means no commercial websites are allowed
to use this layout. If your site is to gain money or conduct business then please do not use this
layout as this is a free layout.
2. DO NOT edit bits of graphics from layouts and place them on other creation,
then claiming them as your own. Everything in the layout zips should not be used elsewhere
except on the layout they were for!
3. Please leave the credit line on the page. I've tried to make it look pretty etc.
Layouts are for free and it's definitely not a big ask. Credit line should be on every page of
the site and not just the main page.
4. Please do not redistribute my layouts! To open zip type in: nalala
5. Please leave the layout as it is. Do not change the image just because you don't like it. If you
don't like the layout as it is then please do not use it.
Smilies
1. Please do not use these for blinkies or forums or on layouts or graphics of any
sort. These pixels were created purely for and only for tagboards, message boards,
blogs as emoticons/smilies
2. Please do not re-distribute these files. I wish for my work to stay within my
site where I can have full control of them. So please do not. You're free to use them though!
3. Link back and credit if you use these emoticons/smilies! I take hours to create these
so a text link or button link back to X-Tenshi will be greatly appreciated! Password to open up
the zip is: x-tenshi.com. Either on the page you've used them or in your credits page.
4. Do not edit or alter these in anyway. I want them to stay the way they were initially
created. However if you want to suggest a change then feel free to head over to the
contact page.
